Christine Brown, J.D.

As Kestra Financial’s Head of Advanced Planning, Christine Brown leads a team of experts dedicated to supporting financial advisors and their clients as they navigate all aspects of wealth management planning. Christine is a licensed attorney in California and brings to her role over two decades of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families on sophisticated wealth transfer strategies, trust administration, and estate planning.

Prior to joining Kestra, Christine spent her career at leading global wealth management and investment banking firms as an in-house estate planning expert, where she partnered with advisors and family offices to design tax-efficient, legacy-focused solutions. Most recently, she led the trust administration department at a Reno-based trust company, serving ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Christine is a member of the State Bar of California and has served on the Board of the San Francisco Estate Planning Council. Christine earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Michigan State University.

Christine and her husband live in Austin, Texas, with their twin boys and three dogs, where they enjoy exploring all that Austin has to offer, including hiking trails, restaurants, and breweries.
